Fees

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) requires us to publish pricing information in relation to the legal services we provide in certain practice areas. These transparency rules apply to the work we do in the following areas:

  • Immigration
  • Family 
  • Debt Recovery

Immigration Fees Schedule

This schedule lists our fees for all Immigration services. Unless otherwise stated fees are charged at a fixed rate.

Home Office/Embassy application fees change periodically, and we will advise you of the correct Home Office/Embassy application fee at the time we submit your application.

Once you have instructed us to act on your behalf, we will request a full payment of our stated fee in order to proceed with the proposed work.

Our fees do not include additional costs, also referred to as ‘disbursements’. Disbursements include, for example, Home Office application fees, Embassy fees, Counsel’s fees, Interpreter and Translation fees, or fees to obtain a medical or other expert report.

VAT at 20% will be added to our stated fee as appropriate. We will advise you if VAT is not chargeable on the work carried out.

For any work outside of our fixed fee arrangement routine telephone calls and letters will be charged at 1/10 of an hour. Please note that the charging rate is reviewed annually, and the next review is due on 1st October 2022. We will review whether to apply an increase to the hourly rate every year. If this matter is progressing at that time, you will be notified.

In addition to our basic charges we will also add, disbursements (i.e., any payments that are made to others, such as the cost of any Barristers fees, Application fees and Court fees). If these estimates change, we will advise you as soon as possible. We will advise you of any disbursements as and when they may be incurred.
