  1. Procedure for resolving concerns or complaints

    If you have a concern or if you have recourse to make a complaint about the service you have received it is important that you bring this to my attention as soon as possible. I will endeavour to resolve any concern or complaint with you within the timescales set out in our complaintโ€™s procedure, a copy of which is available on request, and which is outlined in the attached Terms of Engagement document. Alternatively, you may at any time contact the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) directly with regard to your complaint.
